The Research Program Development Bundle includes the Discovery Call, Strategy Call, and 5 Accountability Calls.
A Discovery Call is a dedicated 30-minute session so you can share with me exactly what you have in mind and give me the chance to ask you follow-up questions to make sure I 100% understand your end goal. From there I can provide immediate answers and if needed we can figure out the best next steps.
A Strategy Call is a dedicated 60-minute session that builds off the work we start in the Discovery Call. In a Strategy Call we work through plans and timelines to finalize research program goals, prioritize specific research projects, and engage additional research team members and community partners as needed. This call provides us the opportunity to strategize these next steps together and make sure you have the supports needed to achieve your goals.
An Accountability Call is a dedicated 20-minute check-in that builds off the work we start in the Strategy Call. In an Accountability Call we look over the timeline developed in the Strategy Call, troubleshoot barriers to progress, and create alternative approaches as needed to achieve your research program goals. Accountability calls can be bi-weekly or monthly depending on the scope of work outlined in the Strategy Call.
